When each item of your order has been dispatched and is on its way, we’ll send you an email. We’ll provide you tracking information for all monitored orders so you can keep track of where your order is.

You will only be charged once for delivery if you order multiple products in one order. The amount charged is for the most expensive delivery option available for the items in your order.

Please keep in mind that all of our shipping schedules are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We will always do our best to fulfil your orders as soon as possible, but in the unlikely case of a technical failure, delivery strikes, or other causes beyond our control, your order may be delayed.
